Brief Introduction of HESLY Military Defensive Barriers ?

The Defensive Barriers unit is a multi-cellular barrier system manufactured from welded hot dipped galvanized or zinc-aluminum coated steel wire mesh and joined with vertical, helical-coil joints. The units are lined with a heavy-duty non-woven polypropylene geotextile. When joined and filled, the system can be used to create barriers of exceptional strength and structural integrity.

All HeslyBarrier products are pre-assembled and delivered palletised with joining pins, to enable the connection of individual units, which can then be filled with available material using minimal manpower and commonly available equipment.

 Protection is afforded by the fill material of the structure as a consequence of its mass and physical properties, allied with the proven dynamic properties of gabion barrier units.

The standard HMIL Blast Wall unit was enhanced years ago with the introduction of the recoverable range of HMIL units. Available in the same range of sizes, and deployed and filled in exactly the same way as standard HMIL units, recoverable HMIL allows for easy removal of a barrier at the end of its use. A game changer in expeditionary operations.
